Judging by the state of my inbox each week, I have certainly learned that you also value my ongoing email support at your fingertips! Therefore, I have had to streamline a few things to keep my inbox under control, minimize my administrative load, and maintain top-notch support.

I’ve found myself replying to dozens of one-off email questions each week. I’m sure you can understand that if I spend 10 minutes per email for 10-20 people per week, I’m spending a considerable amount of my workweek answering “free” questions.

This causes everyone’s support to suffer. ☹️

OPTION #1

Every month on Substack, I host Ask Anything days on the first Friday. It costs as little as a monthly paid Substack subscription to participate and get all your Substack questions answered. The best way to make the most of this monthly resource is to keep a list of questions throughout the month and show up for Ask Anything days on the first Friday.

OPTION #2

I have officially created PRIORITY ongoing email support! If you don’t want to wait for monthly Ask Anything days, you can continue to email me with questions at your leisure by registering for priority email support.

**Priority support is available during my standard office hours, Mondays-Thursdays from 9am - 4pm Mountain Time**
