Substack Branding Package
$295.00 (CAD) **Approx. $215.00 USD**
Includes custom square logo, wordmark image, email banner, welcome page image, and decorative divider lines for your posts. All images are designed in Canva and created according to Substack dimensions. Email consultation and revisions are included.

Ongoing Monthly Support
Packages starting at $150.00 CAD (Approx. $110 USD)
This retainer is based on a minimum of THREE HOURS per month, billed monthly at $50.00 CAD/hour (approx $35.00 USD). No rollover of unused time. Additional hours are billed at $50.00 CAD/hour.
Invoicing is on the 10th of every month.
Ongoing support typically includes regular content management (post editing, adding images, adjusting tags & post settings, scheduling, etc). It also includes email support related to content management.
One-off Support
$50.00 CAD/hour with a one-hour minimum.
Useful if you are looking for ad-hoc support or are new to working with a Virtual Assistant and don’t want to commit to a retainer just yet.
Priority Email Support
$50.00 CAD monthly (Approx $35.00 USD).
This is a recurring monthly support subscription which guarantees my time. Email Q&A support ONLY, not Substack dashboard assistance.
Substack Ghost-written Notes
